As the most extensive and hands-on coaching package, it includes weekly check-ins, personalised coaching, and in-depth support to ensure optimal results, break through plateaus, and build a solid foundation in training and nutrition for long-term success.

The Advanced Performance Package is designed for individuals with more training experience who can manage themselves but still want the accountability of a coach. It’s perfect for those who don’t require full one-on-one coaching but still want structured guidance and the ability to learn from a coach. This package provides the support needed to stay on track while allowing for more independence in training.

The Progressive Performance Package is perfect for very experienced lifters who are looking for extra accountability and motivation to push them further in their training. This package is designed for those who have a solid foundation and prefer more independence in their training but still value regular check-ins and feedback from a coach to ensure they continue progressing toward their goals with minimal hand-holding.
